Kevin is the man. I literally went from another tire place on Midway (Firestone) with horrendous service and the guy didn't even look up at me or any other customers... when I walked in Sunday, Kevin was kind, caring and engaging and delivered a completely opposite experience as the last.

Just spent 500 dollars here for a leak they didn’t fix and broke down after overheating immediately after leaving they had my car for three days and litterally did nothing when I brought it back with the same leak that they did not fix they said oh we did extra stuff for you so do you just want us to put the old stuff back. Lame. Dont recommend. Will take all your money and do absolutely nothing

STOP SCROLLING: GIVE ANGEL A RAISE IMMEDIATELY. I don’t usually write reviews, but Angel is a rare breed in the automotive world. I came in on Friday morning, and from the jump, his service was top-tier. In an industry where "honest" and "trustworthy" aren't always the first words that come to mind, Angel is the exception to the rule. He is exceptionally reliable and possesses a calm demeanor that makes a stressful morning feel like a breeze. He didn't just advise on service; he built trust through transparency. If you aren't already fast-tracking this man for a promotion or a significant pay bump, you’re missing the most valuable asset in your shop. Angel is the reason I’ll be back—and the reason you should be doing everything possible to keep him happy. Stellar service, five stars, and seriously... get that man a raise!

I recently had a great experience at Tire Choice on Rosecrans in San Diego. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to find a fair and cost-effective solution. In my case, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a properly matched set of tires for my AWD vehicle, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me—and why I would come back—is that they treated me fairly and took ownership of the situation. With so many tire shops around, that level of customer care really makes a difference. Based on this experience, I would absolutely return and recommend this location.

Had a great experience thanks to Andre. Second time here and the service is always good, friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to get u to spend more but are honest and showed me what was going on and even things I can get fixed in the future and how they work. Andre gave me some great tips on saving money which was awesome I’ll be back thanks guys.

Andre really helped out a lot informing me of my current condition of my car. Gave a great deal with getting my oil changed and back brakes fixed up. 10/10 highly recommend will be going back for future services

Right off the bat I knew this place was going to be amazing as soon as Andre the manager picked up the phone. He was so quick to help me find the right tires for my Elantra N line. At first, I was afraid to call around as I’ve been taking advantage of by male managers over pricing tires, but he gave me the best price. I just had to find a way to get my new set of tires as it was important for me and the safety of my baby. I also had an alignment done to my car which was much needed Since I’ve drove over many curbs - now my car drives straight. The employees were so sweet and funny and Andre worked with me as I was on a tight budget, but got me top performance tires at a great price. Thank you so much for helping me. Also they had a tv in the waiting room which they let me watch whatever i pleased. That’s pretty awesome. TYSM

(*Note: I WISH Google would give us two options for our "star" rating because I would absolutely keep the one star rating for the company's terrible decision to use an overseas call center (read below), but I just had my third service with my branch in San Diego (Rosecrans) - this time some new tires - and I'm changing my review back to the original five stars because once again - now three times - the in-store experience was great and the staff was, as expected, friendly, kind, transparent, and, in my opinion, straight forward and honest. So FIVE STARS for the in-store experience and ONE STAR for the phone support...) Below was my first review of my in-person experience with this shop in San Diego. I just had my second experience with them and it was just as FANTASTIC. GO to this place when you need stuff done with your car. Seriously, great experience on every level. BUT - and this is a MAJOR BUT: The powers that be at corporate have started using a call center and it is so frustrating to try and call the actual branch now.
